Product Manager

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic Product Manager to lead product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle. This role involves gathering and prioritizing customer and product requirements, contributing to the product vision, and collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, marketing, and support, to ensure customer satisfaction and business goals are met.

The ideal candidate has a passion for writing detailed functional requirement documents, excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), and a strategic mindset.

Key Responsibilities:
• Gain in-depth knowledge of existing product functionality.
• Assist customers with product implementation and user experience optimization.
• Contribute to defining product strategy and roadmap.
• Own and manage multiple product lines throughout their lifecycle.
• Engage with key stakeholders to gather and define product requirements.
• Write comprehensive functional requirements and business requirement documents (BRDs).
• Conduct product review meetings and advocate for product features internally and externally.
• Provide product training to internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Conduct research and analysis to understand market trends and user needs.
• Review and prioritize feature requests based on business impact.
• Deliver product demonstrations in meetings and presentations.
• Author and maintain product release notes and documentation.
• Define product features, requirements, and success metrics.
• Continuously incorporate customer feedback into product development.
• Conduct competitive analysis to ensure the product remains market-leading.

Required Experience & Skills:
• Proven experience in successfully defining and launching high-quality products.
• Experience in the CPaaS (Communications Platform as a Service) or Lending industry.
• Strong analytical and research skills with a data-driven mindset.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Technology or a related field (preferred).
