Job Overview: We seek a strategic Business Development Executive to drive enterprise sales and build C-level relationships. You’ll sell our innovative AI, blockchain, and cloud platforms to Fortune 500 companies while managing complex sales cycles and positioning transformative business solutions.


Key Responsibilities:

Enterprise Sales & Account Management:

  • Identify and engage Fortune 500 companies and large enterprise accounts
  • Drive end-to-end sales cycles: lead generation, proposals, negotiations, contract closure
  • Execute strategic cold-calling and pursue RFPs/tender opportunities
  • Maintain existing accounts and identify expansion opportunities

Solution Selling & C-Level Engagement:

  • Position CERF platforms as strategic solutions for digital transformation
  • Build relationships with CTOs, CISOs, CEOs of large corporations
  • Conduct high-level presentations and software demonstrations
  • Collaborate with technical teams on tailored proposals

Market Intelligence:

  • Monitor industry trends in AI, blockchain, and enterprise software
  • Represent CERF at conferences and networking events
  • Contribute market insights to product development

Requirements:

Essential Qualifications:

  • MBA in Marketing + 5+ years enterprise software sales experience
  • Proven track record selling CRM, ERP, Marketing Automation, Banking software
  • Experience with C-level interactions and complex sales processes
  • Engineering background preferred

Key Skills:

  • Exceptional communication and presentation abilities
  • Strong understanding of AI, blockchain, cloud computing
  • Knowledge of enterprise procurement and compliance requirements
  • Willingness to travel across Noida, Bangalore, Chennai, Mumbai
