Job Overview: We seek a strategic Business Development Executive to drive enterprise sales and build C-level relationships. You’ll sell our innovative AI, blockchain, and cloud platforms to Fortune 500 companies while managing complex sales cycles and positioning transformative business solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Enterprise Sales & Account Management:
- Identify and engage Fortune 500 companies and large enterprise accounts
- Drive end-to-end sales cycles: lead generation, proposals, negotiations, contract closure
- Execute strategic cold-calling and pursue RFPs/tender opportunities
- Maintain existing accounts and identify expansion opportunities
Solution Selling & C-Level Engagement:
- Position CERF platforms as strategic solutions for digital transformation
- Build relationships with CTOs, CISOs, CEOs of large corporations
- Conduct high-level presentations and software demonstrations
- Collaborate with technical teams on tailored proposals
Market Intelligence:
- Monitor industry trends in AI, blockchain, and enterprise software
- Represent CERF at conferences and networking events
- Contribute market insights to product development
Requirements:
Essential Qualifications:
- MBA in Marketing + 5+ years enterprise software sales experience
- Proven track record selling CRM, ERP, Marketing Automation, Banking software
- Experience with C-level interactions and complex sales processes
- Engineering background preferred
Key Skills:
- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities
- Strong understanding of AI, blockchain, cloud computing
- Knowledge of enterprise procurement and compliance requirements
- Willingness to travel across Noida, Bangalore, Chennai, Mumbai
