Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Marketing Executive with 1–2 years of experience to join our growing team in the IT sector. The ideal candidate will support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels, help generate leads, and enhance brand visibility. This role is perfect for someone who is creative, data-driven, and eager to grow in a fast-paced tech environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning, development, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns.
- Support lead generation activities through digital channels such as email marketing, SEO, PPC, and social media.
- Coordinate with internal teams (content, design, sales, and product) to ensure cohesive messaging across campaigns.
- Maintain and update the company’s website, blog, and social media platforms.
- Track campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and prepare regular marketing reports.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and new opportunities.
- Assist in organizing webinars, virtual events, and product launches.
- Manage and update the CRM system with campaign and lead data.
- Create marketing content such as emailers, brochures, landing pages, and case studies in collaboration with the content team.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in a marketing role, preferably in the IT or tech industry.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, email, social media).
- Familiarity with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar platforms.
- Strong communication and writing skills.
- Creative thinking and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Team player with a proactive and learning-oriented mindset.
