Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to support our growing IT team. You’ll be responsible for executing core HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations to help build a strong and people-first culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews)
- Handle onboarding and induction programs for new hires
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
- Assist in payroll processing and statutory compliance
- Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communications
- Support performance review and appraisal processes
- Address employee queries and ensure timely resolution of HR-related concerns
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in HR, preferably in an IT or tech-driven environment
- Solid understanding of HR functions and best practices
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Familiarity with HRMS tools and MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Nice to Have:
- Experience with tech recruitment or startup environments
- Knowledge of labor laws and compliance (e.g., PF, ESIC, Shops & Establishment)
