HR – Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to support our growing IT team. You’ll be responsible for executing core HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations to help build a strong and people-first culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews)
  • Handle onboarding and induction programs for new hires
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
  • Assist in payroll processing and statutory compliance
  • Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communications
  • Support performance review and appraisal processes
  • Address employee queries and ensure timely resolution of HR-related concerns
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in HR, preferably in an IT or tech-driven environment
  • Solid understanding of HR functions and best practices
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with HRMS tools and MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with tech recruitment or startup environments
  • Knowledge of labor laws and compliance (e.g., PF, ESIC, Shops & Establishment)
